Role & responsibilities:
- Handle inbound technical support calls from US customers.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, internet, and device-related issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and accurate resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduates (Freshers & Experienced)
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and problem-solving skills.
