Job Description: Executive – Finance (Foreign Remittances)Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive – Finance to manage our foreign outward remittance processes in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cross-border payments for the import of goods and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and maintaining smooth coordination with Authorized Dealer (AD) banks and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesRemittance Processing & Compliance:Process foreign outward remittances for the import of both goods and services efficiently. Thoroughly review commercial agreements, purchase orders (POs), invoices, and other supporting documentation before initiating payments. Ensure all trade transactions comply with FEMA guidelines, RBI regulations, and internal company policies.Banking & Stakeholder Coordination:Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and Authorized Dealer (AD) banks to ensure seamless transaction workflows. Submit required remittance documentation to AD banks accurately and within strict timelines.



Follow up with banks to obtain UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) and SWIFT copies post-execution.
