Experience Required: 4-6 Years Food Court, Mall, QSR Chain Management

Role Summary:

3000 sq ft च्या Food Square चे पूर्ण Operation, Team, Vendors, Quality आणि Opening सांभाळणे. तुमचा Main POC.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setup: Interior, Kiosk Setup, Licenses, FSSAI सर्व काम वेळेत पूर्ण करणे.

2. Manpower: 12-15 Kiosk साठी Staff Hiring + Training + Roster बनवणे.

3. Vendors: Food Quality Check, Raw Material, Rate Negotiation करणे.

4. Daily Ops: Opening ते Closing पर्यंत पूर्ण Food Court चालवणे.

5. Followup: Interior Team, Vendor,



Staff कडून रोज Update घेऊन Report करणे.

Requirements:

1. Food Court / Mall / Big QSR मध्ये 4+ वर्ष अनुभव

2. Team Handling 30-40 Staff, Vendor Management येत असावं

3. FSSAI, Municipal License Process माहित असावा

4. Problem Solving + लोकांकडून काम करून घेण्याची ताकद

KPI Monthly: On-time Opening + 90% Occupancy + Zero Quality Complaints
