Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Junior Counsellor to assist students in making informed decisions about studying abroad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build robust relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, language courses, and career pathways.
- Understand students' academic profiles and career aspirations to recommend suitable countries, universities,
and programs.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, online, and social media enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Support students in university applications and document collection.
- Guide students on application procedures, admission requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, visa processing, and student services.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update student information regularly.
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Meet assigned counselling and conversion targets.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents by providing exceptional customer service.
