Role Description
This is a full time, on-site HR Manager role based in Tezpur. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs, implementing HR policies and processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The role involves managing employee relations, supporting learning and development initiatives,



and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reporting. The HR Manager will also drive culture-building activities, support change management, and contribute to strategic HR planning aligned with organizational goals.
