Job Description – Real Estate Sales & Marketing Intern

Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives up to ₹10,000

About the Internship

Grandview Consulting LLP is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and career-driven individuals to join our team as Real Estate Sales & Marketing Interns. This internship is designed for candidates who want hands-on experience in real estate sales, client interaction, lead generation, and digital marketing.

The role is approximately 90% Sales and 10% Marketing, offering excellent exposure to the real estate industry while developing communication, negotiation, and business development skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, online platforms, and referrals.
- Contact prospective clients to understand their property requirements.




- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and property site visits.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular communication.
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM.
- Assist the sales team in closing deals and achieving monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Marketing Responsibilities
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Participate in property video shoots and promotional campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and online property promotions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Freshers with robust communication skills are encouraged to apply.
