Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across business functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and consultants.
- Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
HR Operations
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, and HRMS records.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including confirmations and exits.
- Coordinate attendance and payroll inputs.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Assist in employee communication and grievance handling.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR MIS, manpower reports, and other HR dashboards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BBA/MBA in Human Resources
- 2–3 years of HR G
