Job Summary

Shanti Green Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to oversee the Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) of Solar Power Plants. The role involves ensuring protected, reliable, and efficient plant operations, maximizing power generation, minimizing downtime, and maintaining compliance with electrical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Solar Power Plant electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted plant performance.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for:
- Solar Inverters
- Power & Distribution Transformers
- MV/LV Switchgear
- Protection Relays
- HT/LT Panels and Auxiliary Electrical Systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, including inverter trips,



earth faults, string failures, relay malfunctions, cable faults, and grid-related issues.
- Monitor plant performance and recommend corrective actions to improve generation efficiency and system reliability.
- Maintain maintenance records, fault history, equipment logs, and as-built drawings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on energy generation, equipment availability, downtime, KPIs, and grid disturbances.
- Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and contractors for maintenance and breakdown activities.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company HSE policies.
- Participate in shutdown planning, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities whenever required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering.
- Additional certifications in Solar PV or Electrical Safety will be an added advantage.
