We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage a sales team.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Guide team members for client follow-ups and site visits.
- Monitor team performance and daily reports.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Handle client meetings and support the team in closing deals.
- Manage sales activities for residential plots projects.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and team productivity.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Real Estate Sales & Team Handling.
- Experience in plot sales preferred.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales process.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidate.
