Role Description
The Cardiac Care Staff Nurse is a full-time, on-site role based at SMVS Swaminarayan Hospital in Gandhinagar. The nurse will provide direct cardiac nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with cardiac procedures, and responding to cardiac emergencies under established protocols.



Daily responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, coordinating with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families on cardiac conditions, treatments, and lifestyle modifications. The role also involves ensuring adherence to hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety guidelines, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives within the cardiac care unit. The nurse is expected to contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment while supporting efficient, evidence-based cardiac care.

Qualifications
