About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Engineering Manager
to lead high-performing engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in
C#/.NET, MS SQL, and AWS
, along with proven experience managing engineering teams, driving technical excellence, and delivering complex software solutions using Agile methodologies.
This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can balance engineering leadership, architecture discussions, delivery management, stakeholder communication, and people development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
- Drive end-to-end software delivery following SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership in solution design, architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- Design and develop scalable applications using
C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, and AWS services
.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality, security, and performance standards.
- Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews, and mentor engineers on best practices.
- Manage engineering metrics, sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and release planning.
- Support production deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 11+ years
of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development.
- Minimum
5+ years of technical leadership experience
leading engineering teams, with or without direct reports.
