Job Title: Digital Marketing Team Leader (EdTech)

Experience: 2–4 Years (Minimum 2 years as a Team Leader)
Industry: EdTech (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team to achieve lead generation targets.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare MIS/reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Admissions team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to drive productivity.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of Digital Marketing TL experience,



including 2+ years as a Team Leader in the EdTech industry.
- Robust expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and performance marketing.
- Proven experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and team handling.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹35,116.88 - ₹45,424.79 per month
