Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Size Press, Size Kitchen.
- Ensure smooth operation of DCS, SCADA, and QCS systems.
- Monitor and optimize process parameters to achieve production and quality targets.
- Troubleshoot process issues and minimize machine downtime.
- Control starch and coating chemical preparation, consumption, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and 5S practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for productive plant operations.
