Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong QuickBooks proficiency to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries and transactions
- Handle invoicing, billing, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using QuickBooks
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of QuickBooks (mandatory)
- Prior experience as an Accounts Executive/Assistant
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
