Key Roles & Responsibilities

For Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor

• Deliver high-quality teaching to D.Pharm, B.Pharm, and M.Pharm students.

• Develop curriculum, lesson plans, laboratory manuals, assignments, question papers and evaluation schemes.

• Conduct theory and practical classes, mentor students, supervise projects and dissertations.

• Publish research papers in reputed journals (Scopus/UGC CARE/SCI/Indexed).

• Organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences, industrial visits and guest lectures.





• Participate in NBA, NAAC, IQAC, PCI, AKTU and academic activities.

• Promote research, innovation, consultancy and industry collaboration.

For Lecturer

• Deliver theory and practical classes and support academic activities.

For Lab Assistant

• Maintain laboratories, equipment, chemicals and practical records.

For Librarian

• Manage library resources, journals and digital databases.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Professor / Associate Professor – M.Pharm with Ph.D. (Experience as per PCI norms)

Assistant Professor – M.Pharm

Lecturer – B.Pharm + 3 years of experience

Lab Assistant – D.Pharm

Librarian – B.Lib / M.Lib

Experience: As per PCI norms
