Role Description
The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, coordinating performance management processes, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, maintain HR policies and compliance with labor regulations,



and manage HR documentation and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve partnering with leadership to support workforce planning, fostering an inclusive work environment, and implementing HR best practices that align with Keystone Realty’s business goals.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management to support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Competence in HR documentation, data management, and use of HRIS or related HR tools for reporting and analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; skilled HR certifications are an advantage.
