We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with foundational experience in Human Capital Management solutions. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM modules while working closely with HR stakeholders to streamline workforce management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM applications based on business requirements.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Configure and support HCM modules such as:
- Core HR
- Workforce Structures
- Workforce Lifecycle Management
- Absence Management
- Talent Management
- Performance Management
- Recruitment/Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Learning Management
- Compensation Management
- Support data migration, validation, and system integration activities.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks,
and test scripts.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, and extensions.
- Provide production support and resolve application issues.
- Deliver end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications.
- Understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience in configuring one or more HCM modules.
- Knowledge of HCM security concepts, roles, and data access.
- Understanding of HCM reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
