Key Responsibilities


Building the Sales Team:
Take primary ownership of hiring for Hardware’s growing sales organisation—recruiting field sales, channel sales, and regional sales team members across multiple regions, at the pace and scale our sales-led growth requires.

Market & Talent Mapping:
Develop a deep understanding of the talent landscape across the Furniture Hardware and allied Building Materials sectors to identify high-performing sales, technical, and leadership professionals.

Direct Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:
Proactively and professionally reach out to highperforming professionals, sharing growth story and the opportunities this role offers.

End-to-End Execution:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across levels
