Role Summary:

The position provides critical support to the Sales & Marketing team by managing enquiries, quotations, tender submissions, customer communication, vendor registrations and business development activities.



The role acts as a bridge between customers and internal departments to ensure timely responses, improved customer engagement and growth in business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination & Proposal Management

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC contractors and end-users for RFQs, enquiries and tender submissions.

· Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations under the guidance of the Reporting Manager.

· Maintain enquiry, quotation and order tracking records.

· Follow up with clients regarding quotation status, technical clarifications and commercial discussions.

· Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Production and Purchase departments for obtaining information required for proposal preparation.

MIS & Reporting

· Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
