Suryabala Group is one of Tamil Nadu's leading automobile groups with over three decades of excellence in the automotive industry. We represent multiple leading brands and are expanding our Electric Two-Wheeler (E2W) business across the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the E2W division.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR compliance.
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Work closely with business heads to meet manpower requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience,
preferably in the automobile or retail industry.
- Strong recruitment and employee relations skills.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is preferred.
