The General Manager – Export Sales will be responsible for driving international business growth by developing new export markets, managing strategic customer relationships, and achieving export sales targets. The role requires solid expertise in international B2B sales, commercial negotiations, export operations, and trade compliance, with a primary focus on Europe & UK markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Identify, develop, and manage new international customers, distributors, OEMs, and trading partners.

Expand the company's export business across Europe & UK and other strategic international markets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key global customers.

Manage commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and export contracts.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

Oversee export documentation, shipment processes, and compliance with international trade regulations.

Ensure smooth handling of INCOTERMS,



Letter of Credit (LC), DP/DA transactions, customs documentation, and export logistics.

Monitor international market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Achieve export sales targets while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Experience

8–10 years of total professional experience.

Minimum 8 years of Export Sales experience.

Experience in the Aluminum industry is preferred; candidates from the Steel industry will also be considered.

Proven experience in international B2B sales and export business development.

Strong exposure to Europe & UK export markets.

Experience working with OEMs, distributors, traders, and international customers.
