Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, Operation, onboarding, joining to exit process
- Handle exit formalities for outgoing employees in a skilled manner.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities for new hires by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Oversee attendance management, grievance handling, and statutory compliance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in an HR role in the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, appraisal management, and statutory areas like PF, ESIC etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective grievance handling and employee relations.
