Role Description
This is a full-time, 3 months internship with Certificate of qualification in field of Corporate Law, DPDP Act and POSH. We require an Interns from August 2026. This is an on-site Law Intern role based in Delhi, India. The Law Intern will assist in researching case laws, statutes, and regulations to support ongoing matters and legal opinions. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence under supervision,



as well as organizing case files and maintaining accurate documentation. The intern will help in preparing briefs, summaries, and reports for internal use and client meetings, and may observe client consultations, negotiations, and hearings as appropriate. The role involves close collaboration with senior team members, adherence to skilled ethics, and proactive participation in internal discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications
- Solid foundational knowledge of Law and familiarity with key legal principles and procedures.
- Ability to support Legal Consulting activities, including analyzing Legal Issues and contributing to legal opinions.
- Experience or training in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents.
- Strong Communication skills for clear written work, client-facing communication under guidance, and effective teamwork.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed
