Role Overview

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented
Team Lead / Assistant Manager - SEO

who understands the evolving world of search from traditional Google rankings to AI-powered platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. The ideal candidate should be passionate about organic growth, keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and the future of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research for Google Search, AI Overviews, and generative search platforms.
- Optimize website pages for rankings, visibility, clicks, and conversions.
- Support on-page SEO, technical SEO, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4,



Looker Studio, and SEO tools.
- Identify content gaps, ranking opportunities, and AI visibility opportunities.
- Work with content teams to create search-friendly and AI-friendly content.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, impressions, CTR, and organic growth trends.
- Support schema markup, entity optimization, and structured data implementation.
- Analyze competitors and prepare SEO performance reports.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and search intent.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
- Good understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Interest in AI search, Generative Engine Optimization, and AI Overviews.
- Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
