Position: Marketing Manager

Salary: upto ₹40,000 per month + incentives *(Negotiable based on experience and performance)*

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase showroom footfall, and support sales growth.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.




- Take ownership of increasing showroom footfall through innovative online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate product launches, festive campaigns, promotional offers, and branch-level marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the Sales team, Branch Managers, and Management to achieve business targets.
- Manage social media, content marketing, online advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor Telecaller lead conversions, track performance, and improve lead-to-sales conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare MIS reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current business opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and other vendors.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all online and offline marketing channels.
