About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to own and scale paid acquisition across digital channels for our D2C brand. This role is highly analytical and execution-focused, responsible for driving revenue growth through productive customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
- Other performance channels.
- Own performance metrics including
ROAS, CAC, CPA, LTV, conversion rate, and AOV
- Continuously test and iterate on:
- Ad creatives (copies, visuals, videos)
- Audiences and targeting strategies
- Landing pages and funnels (in collaboration with design/product teams)
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights through regular reports
- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and offers
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation




- Implement and monitor tracking (Pixels, GA, events, attribution tools)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in
performance marketing for D2C or e-commerce brands
- Hands-on expertise with
Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into decisions
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing and customer journey
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.)
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have
- Experience scaling campaigns with monthly high budgets.
- Knowledge of email/SMS performance marketing (Klaviyo, etc.)
- Experience with marketplaces or omnichannel D2C brands
- Basic understanding of creative performance principles
- Startup or high-growth brand experience
