- We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage all operations in our storeroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing goods and supplies. You will ensure that inventory levels are accurately tracked, the store is clean and safe, and stock shortages are reported in a timely manner.
- Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials using appropriate tools.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile stock levels.
- Monitor stock thresholds and initiate purchase requisitions to prevent stockouts.
- 2. Receiving and Inspection
- Receive deliveries, unload goods, and verify items against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Inspect incoming materials for damage, discrepancies, or missing items, and report issues to management immediately.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and categorization of all received goods.
- 3. Storage and Dispatch




- Organize and store inventory in designated areas using a logical and space-efficient system (e.g., FIFO/LIFO methods).
- Fulfill internal and external material requests accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and package items for dispatch, ensuring all required documentation (e.g., gate passes, delivery notes) is complete.
- Store Maintenance and Safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storeroom environment.
- Ensure all storage protocols comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Safeguard the store against theft, damage, and unauthorized access.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration is a plus.
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Clerk, or similar role.

- Solid knowledge of inventory management practices and standard storekeeping pro
