Yali Aerospace is looking for a skilled and passionate
Drone Integration Engineer
to join our team in Thanjavur. If you have hands-on experience building and integrating fixed-wing and hybrid UAVs, enjoy working with electronics, and have strong soldering and assembly skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, integrate, and test
fixed-wing
and
hybrid VTOL
drone platforms.
- Perform soldering of PCBs, connectors, ESCs, power distribution boards, and wiring harnesses.
- Install and configure flight controllers, GPS modules, telemetry systems, receivers, cameras, and other payloads.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and integration issues.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, ground testing, and flight readiness checks.
- Work with the engineering team to improve drone reliability and performance.
- Maintain documentation for assembly procedures and testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience assembling
fixed-wing
and
hybrid VTOL
drones.
- Strong soldering skills with clean and reliable electrical connections.




- Good understanding of drone electronics, wiring, power systems, and battery management.
- Experience with flight controllers such as
Pixhawk
,
Cube
, or similar autopilot systems.
- Familiarity with MAVLink, telemetry, RC systems, GPS, ESCs, BLDC motors, and servos.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PX4.
- Knowledge of QGroundControl.
- Familiarity with UAV testing, calibration, and maintenance.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong practical experience).
