We partner with schools, colleges, and individual learners to design future-ready education pathways—blending data-driven insights, mentorship, and industry-aligned roadmaps to unlock student potential and college/career success.

Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 academic counseling sessions to understand student goals, strengths, and challenges—then align them with suitable academic streams, colleges, and career paths.
- Design and deliver personalized education plans using assessment tools, interest inventories, and academic performance data.
- Guide students and parents through college admissions, scholarship applications, entrance exam strategies, and career mapping for STEM, Commerce, Humanities, and emerging fields.
- Collaborate with school administrations and teachers to integrate career-readiness workshops, aptitude camps, and parent engagement sessions.
- Maintain accurate student records,



track progress via CRM tools, and deliver periodic outcome reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on national/state education policies, entrance exam patterns, university rankings, and emerging career trends to advise confidently.
