Role Overview:-

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Costing & Controlling with strong expertise in manufacturing finance, business controlling, product costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing cost management, ERP systems, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and business partnering within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales teams to improve operational and financial performance.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor standard costing and cost allocation models.
- Perform product-wise costing and profitability analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis (Price, Volume, Efficiency, Overhead, Material & Manufacturing Variances).
- Analyze plant performance through KPIs such as OEE, Cost per Unit, Scrap Rate, Productivity, and EBIT.




- Prepare monthly business reports covering costing, invoicing, profitability, variances, and financial performance.
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans (AOP), and rolling forecasts.
- Support current product costing, CAPEX evaluations, make-or-buy analysis, and business case preparation.
- Prepare operational and financial dashboards for management review.
- Perform inventory, sales, COGS, cost analysis, and reconciliation activities.
- Handle GL reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and financial schedules.
- Review Cost Orders (CO) and Production Orders (PO) for profitability and cost analysis.
- Support Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Group Audit, and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
