- Comprehensive Care:
Conduct thorough eye examinations using advanced diagnostic technology.
- Expert Consultation:
Prescribe and fit specialized eyewear, contact lenses, and offer clinical vision advice.
- Team Leadership:
Mentor junior optometrists and retail staff on clinical best practices and product knowledge.
- Patient Experience:
Build lasting patient relationships through exceptional service and empathetic care.
- Retail Growth:
Collaborate with store management to translate clinical excellence into business growth.

What You Bring
- Education:
B.Optom or M.Optom from a recognized institution.




- Experience:
5+ years of active clinical experience, preferably in optical retail.
- Skills:
Robust proficiency with modern optometry equipment and advanced diagnostics.
- Attributes:
Excellent communication, leadership qualities, and a patient-first mindset.
- Credentials:
Valid state optometry license/registration.
