Role Description

The Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Orchha, responsible for leading all sales activities to drive revenue growth for Orchha Palace and Resorts. This role oversees the sales team, sets targets, and develops strategies for corporate, leisure, and group business segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, building and maintaining relationships with travel partners and corporate clients, and identifying recent market opportunities.



The Head of Sales collaborates with marketing and operations to develop promotional packages, ensure consistent brand positioning, and optimize occupancy and rate strategies. The role also includes monitoring sales performance, preparing reports and forecasts, and ensuring the team delivers a high level of service and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in hospitality or related industries.
