About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at Tata Technologies. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating detailed concept designs, layouts, and alternative configurations for upper body structure systems and components.



This position requires proficiency in 3D modeling and design software, particularly Catia V5/V6, along with experience in digital packaging, simulation studies, and technical documentation. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, packaging, and assembly, to ensure designs meet performance, manufacturability, and quality standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting product development initiatives, generating technical drawings, managing bill of materials (BOM), and ensuring adherence to all quality and organizational parameters.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Catia V5/V6, PLM, Tce, Enovia, and 3D experience is mandatory.
- Experience in creating spot weld points within PLM/Tce/Enovia/3D environments.
- Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing
