About the Role: Vandanam Trust is getting officially registered in Greater Noida on Monday, July 20, 2026. We need a dedicated, experienced legal professional to work closely with our founder over the next 48 hours to brainstorm, finalize, and draft our Trust Deed. Because the registration deadline is Monday morning, this task must be fully completed by Sunday night, July 19.

What You Will Do:
- Brainstorm directly with the founder to understand the trust's vision, objectives, and operational structure.
- Draft a comprehensive, legally sound Trust Deed compliant with the Indian Trusts Act and local registration requirements in Uttar Pradesh.




- Review and refine the draft rapidly to ensure it is ready for execution on Monday morning.

- Legal Expertise: A qualified lawyer with past experience and deep knowledge in drafting trust deeds and handling NGO/trust registrations.
- Immediate Availability: Ability to dedicate significant time today (Saturday) and tomorrow (Sunday) for intensive collaboration and drafting.
