Role Description
The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves advising clients on destinations, crafting customized itineraries, and managing end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities. The Travel Consultant will handle reservations, respond to customer inquiries, and provide timely support before and during trips. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and partners, ensuring bookings are accurate,



and maintaining detailed records of travel plans. The role also includes resolving issues, suggesting travel upgrades or add-ons, and contributing to the continuous improvement of TravelQuench LLP’s service offerings.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee tailored travel experiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to manage bookings, itineraries, and related documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to support travelers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain options clearly and build client trust.
