Human Resources Associate

The Human Resources Associate will independently support the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The role involves implementing and improving HR policies, maintaining employee records, coordinating appraisals and training initiatives, and providing day-to-day HR support to employees and department heads.
