Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a result-oriented Social Media Executive who will take complete ownership of our social media presence. This role goes beyond posting content—it requires accountability for performance, growth, engagement, inquiries, and contribution to store walk-ins. The ideal candidate combines creative execution with analytical thinking and treats social media as a performance-driven marketing channel.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management & Execution
- Plan, manage, and execute weekly and monthly social media content calendars
- Ensure timely posting of reels, stories, static posts, highlights, and campaigns
- Maintain brand tone, visual consistency, and premium aesthetics across platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams for shoots, creatives, product details, and store updates

2. Performance Tracking & Growth
- Track daily and weekly performance metrics including reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits, DMs, inquiries, and leads




- Analyze content performance to identify what works and what does not
- Recommend data-backed improvements for content formats, hooks, captions, and posting schedules
- Take responsibility for consistent month-on-month growth of social media pages

3. Reporting & Reviews
- Prepare and share detailed weekly performance reports with metrics, insights, and action points
- Present monthly performance summaries against defined targets
- Identify gaps proactively and recommend corrective measures

4. Audience Engagement & Lead Handling
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and story replies on a daily basis
- Ensure timely, skilled, and brand-aligned communication
- Coordinate with sales and store teams to convert social media inquiries into leads and walk-ins
- Track lead sources and outcomes wherever applicable

5. Content Optimization & Trend Adaptation
- Stay updated with platform trends, reel formats, and algorithm changes
