Role Description
The Business Development Executive – Interior Designing role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying new business opportunities in the interior design sector, generating and qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will meet with prospective clients, understand their interior design requirements, present suitable solutions, and support proposal creation and negotiation. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with design and project teams, tracking market trends, and preparing regular reports on sales activities and performance. The role also requires active participation in client meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote the company’s interior design services.

Qualifications




- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to build and grow the interior design client base.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and ensure repeat engagements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present concepts, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
- Relevant experience in interior designing business development, sales, or client servicing is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of interior design processes, project timelines, and basic design terminology is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple opportunities, and meet defined sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
