About the Role '

Join our Cloud Engineering team supporting Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise Oracle Cloud solutions with a solid focus on automation, operational excellence, security, and reliability. Working closely with cloud, security, and application teams, you'll help build scalable, resilient cloud platforms that support Milwaukee Tool's global Oracle Fusion ecosystem and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, manage, and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, including compute, networking, storage, and security services.
- Build and maintain highly available, scalable Oracle database environments, including Oracle Autonomous Database, Oracle RAC, Exadata, and Database Cloud Service (DBCS).




- Design and implement disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) solutions for mission-critical Oracle workloads.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and OCI Resource Manager.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning, cloud deployments, and database automation.
- Configure and troubleshoot OCI networking components, including VCNs, subnets, routing, VPNs, load balancers, and security lists.
- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, role-based access control (RBAC), encryption, and least-privilege access.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle database performance.
- Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, DevOps, and Software Engineering teams to establish cloud standards, governance, and operational best practices.
