Job Overview

Shades & Styles Design Studio is looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Miracle Accounting Software, GST, TDS, bank reconciliations, billing, and accounting entries. The candidate should be capable of handling complete accounting responsibilities with accuracy and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Perform accounting entries in Miracle Accounting Software.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Handle GST-related work including invoice verification, GST reconciliation, and return preparation.
- Calculate and maintain TDS records and coordinate for timely return filing.
- Perform daily and monthly Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.




- Process receipts, payments, journal entries, and cash transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Generate monthly MIS and accounting reports.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountant during GST, TDS, and audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Miracle Accounting Software (Preferred)
- Valuable knowledge of GST and TDS
- Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
- Billing & Invoicing
- Bookkeeping & Ledger Management
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills

Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in manufacturing or trading industry will be an added advantage
