Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment (80%), while also providing exposure to HR Generalist activities (20%). The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate pre-joining activities.
- Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
