Position: Field Sales Executive – Solar Products

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits.
- Promote and sell Solar Protection Products such as ACDB, DCDB, Junction Boxes, and other solar commodity products.
- Visit EPC contractors, solar installers, distributors, dealers, and project sites.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until order closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Collect market feedback, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.

Requirements:
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics,



or any relevant field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the Solar or Electrical industry.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler.

Preferred Knowledge:
- Solar ACDB, DCDB, Junction Boxes, Combiner Boxes, SPDs, MCBs, and other electrical/solar protection products.
- Understanding of the Solar EPC market and distribution network.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month
