Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Insurance Sales Manager role based in Nawanshahr. Sales Manager need to Recruit the team of Advisors.



The Insurance Sales Manager will lead and develop a sales team to achieve health insurance business targets, drive customer acquisition, and improve policy renewals. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and local stakeholders, delivering high-quality service, and promoting ABHICL’s health and wellness offerings. The Insurance Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal departments to support product positioning, resolve escalations, and provide market feedback for improvement.

Qualifications
