We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 25 RRTS and 9 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M; company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance, and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Power Supply and Traction system department for DB RRTS.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure power supply & traction systems operate with high reliability and availability and safety.
- Ensure that the maintenance of electrical systems is carried out regularly and as per prescribed schedules to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Lead the diagnosis and troubleshooting of power supply or traction-related issues that may affect the operation.
- Supervise the emergency response in case of power failure, OHE breakdown or other electrical faults that impact operational services.
- Monitor energy consumption patterns of traction and other electrical systems and propose measures to improve energy efficiency.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, including service records, inspection reports, and corrective actions taken.
