Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Sales Specialist at BBPS | Big Bags Packaging Solutions Ltd. The Sales Specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of customers, identify new business opportunities, and promote BBPS bulk bag and packaging solutions to clients across various industries. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual sales meetings, preparing and presenting proposals, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate quotations, timely deliveries, and high service levels. The role also involves maintaining CRM records,



monitoring market trends, participating in online product training, and supporting customer education on packaging options and certifications.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to prospect leads, negotiate pricing and terms, close deals, and manage pipelines effectively.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support customer onboarding, product education, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Experience in industrial packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or related B2B environments is beneficial.
- Comfort working in a remote setting, with good time management, self-motivation, and proficiency in CRM and online communication tools.
