Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the creation, expansion, and execution of automated test suites, with a solid focus on desktop/UI automation using C# and FlaUI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing automation frameworks from scratch, working in Agile sprint cycles, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. While automation is the primary focus, a strong foundation in manual testing principles is required to ensure optimal test design and acceptance criteria verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Framework Development: Architect, build, and scale clean, maintainable automated test frameworks from scratch.
- Test Scripting & Execution: Write and execute robust automated test scripts to validate software acceptance criteria, minimizing manual regression testing.
- CI/CD Integration:
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for seamless, continuous testing.
- Agile Testing: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, analyze user stories, and collaborate with developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Defect Lifecycle Management: Track requirements and log detailed, reproducible software defects using standard project tools.
- Manual Testing: Apply strong manual testing knowledge to perform exploratory and functional testing when complex scenarios require human intuition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Overall Experience: 5+ years of professional software automation testing experience.
- Core Technical Stack: 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience writing automation code in C# using FlaUI (or similar UI automation libraries).
