About the Role

Join our Oracle Fusion team supporting Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Milwaukee Tool's Oracle Fusion Redwood migration initiative, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Demand Planning and Supply Planning. Combining deep functional expertise with strong business analysis capabilities, you'll lead solution design, optimize planning processes, ensure data quality, and support enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion implementations. This is a unique chance to collaborate with global stakeholders, drive business transformation, and help deliver a seamless transition to the Oracle Redwood user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned Oracle Fusion Planning modules, supporting enterprise-wide business processes and multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.




- Lead functional solution design by translating business requirements into scalable functional specifications aligned with Oracle Fusion architecture standards and best practices.
- Support Milwaukee Tool's Oracle Fusion Redwood migration by performing impact assessments, personalization reviews, and solution planning.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Redwood UI pages and support Redwood-based enhancements and user adoption.
- Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, new features, and enhancements to assess business impact and recommend improvements.
- Participate throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Develop OTBI reports, dashboards, and SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.
