Urgent Requirement

Positions: Stores Assistant

No of Vacancy - 5nos

Gener: Male

Location: Attibelle, Hosur

Note: Knowledge in Tally Prime and ERP

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, spare parts, and consumables
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers
- Enter inward, outward, and stock transactions in Tally ERP
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice, GRN, and stock reconciliation
- Prepare, pack, label, and dispatch parcels to customers, sites, and branches
- Maintain dispatch records, courier details, and delivery acknowledgements
- Perform periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage, cleanliness,



and safety within the store

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Degree (UG / PG), Diploma and ITI
- stock entries, basic vouchers preferred
- Basic understanding of storekeeping and inventory control
- E - Way Bill prepare and Quotation Prepare, Billing in Tally software
- Stock Maintaining
- Experience in parcel dispatch, courier coordination, or logistics is an advantage
