Position: Specialist- Talent Acquisition

Experience: 3-5 Years in Non-IT Engineering/Technical Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT sectors like manufacturing, engineering, automotive, SPM, etc.
Coordination with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social networks, and professional sites.
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: from sourcing to onboarding.
Salary negotiations and ensuring quality of hires.
Maintain and update daily submissions/ MIS/ Reports.

Skills We’re Looking For:
Solid communication and coordination skills.
In-depth understanding of the recruitment cycle.
Expertise in technical recruitment across various levels.
