Job Role
- Customer Support Executive (Inbound & Outbound Voice Process)
- Provide technical assistance and customer support to international customers.
- Analyze customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Recommend appropriate solutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer interactions through Calls, Email, and Chat.

Eligibility
- Graduation is mandatory. Any passing year.
- Age: 21 to 30 years.




- For 2025 pass-outs: All original DMCs are required.
- For 2026 pass-outs: Last semester online result along with all previous semester original DMCs is required.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Shift Details
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- 9-Hour Shift (8 Hours Working)
- Flexible to work in US/Night Shifts

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 2 LPA to 2.75 LPA
